As a female specialist I also centre the majority of my training around low impact moves.

Therefore, if you're looking to regain your confidence and strength from injuries or rehabilitation I can help get you back to feeling more capable and confident.

With my personal training I come to your home at a time that’s convenient between us both, kids are not an issue if you have them as I’m fully CRB and used to be a swimming instructor and waterbabies teacher so am totally used to having little ones around if you have any. Dogs are also fine- I'm a bit obsessed with them!

The training is carried out at your home, we don’t need a lot of space and you have access to the sessions for you to repeat on the days when I’m not with you. The variation in kit you will use will also help you to be confident if you were to go into a gym with all these different training methods and be perfectly capable at each of them.

The sessions are laid out for you online and fully accessible. Some of my ladies message me each day with their daily nutrition, food plans and even restaurant menus where I can advise on which items to have but to enjoy the training and nutrition you have is the key.

I am always online for my ladies to shoot questions (no matter how silly they may seem) and I’m always honest about our progress too. I take measurements and have bi-weekly check-ins to keep us on track, and I'm always up for a challenge, so I'll support you in any that you want to do!

Post-natally, your pelvic floor and core are vitally important in getting the 'mummy tummy' reduced and there's so much intercostal work that needs to be done to make sure you're activating and engaging your core adequately.
